WHO could Antonio Conte sign instead of Romelu Lukaku? Chelsea have been repeatedly linked with a move to re-sign Lukaku from Everton.  However, Manchester United have lodged a £75million bid to land the Toffees hitman.  But according to the  Daily Telegraph , Chelsea have matched Manchester United’s offer, but it’s unclear whether Lukaku will favour a return to Stamford Bridge or a move to Old Trafford.  But if Chelsea were to miss out on signing Lukaku, who could Conte target instead?

DIEGO COSTA is willing to make a return to Chelsea, despite publicly announcing his intention to leave the club. Costa was told earlier in the summer by Antonio Conte that his services were no longer required at Stamford Bridge. And since then he’s been angling for a move to former side  Atletico Madrid . Sevilla captain Vicente Iborra has concluded his move to Leicester City, signing a four-year contract with the Premier League club. The clubs announced they had agreed a fee for the 29-year-old midfielder on Tuesday, reported to be in the region of £12.5million.
