WHO could Antonio Conte sign instead of Romelu Lukaku? Chelsea have been repeatedly linked with a move to re-sign Lukaku from Everton.  However, Manchester United have lodged a £75million bid to land the Toffees hitman.  But according to the  Daily Telegraph , Chelsea have matched Manchester United’s offer, but it’s unclear whether Lukaku will favour a return to Stamford Bridge or a move to Old Trafford.  But if Chelsea were to miss out on signing Lukaku, who could Conte target instead?

DIEGO COSTA is willing to make a return to Chelsea, despite publicly announcing his intention to leave the club. Costa was told earlier in the summer by Antonio Conte that his services were no longer required at Stamford Bridge. And since then he’s been angling for a move to former side  Atletico Madrid . But that situation has been complicated by the transfer ban incurred by Diego Simeone’s team that rules them out of registering any new players this summer. After finishing as the Premier League's second-top goalscorer behind Harry Kane, the Belgian is one of the close season's most sought-after commodities and will command a princely sum if and when he is eventually sold. Vicente Iborra lined up against Leicester City in the Champions League last season but will now star for Craig Shakespeare's men. Sevilla captain Vicente Iborra has concluded his move to Leicester City, signing a four-year contract with the Premier League club. The clubs announced they had agreed a fee for the 29-year-old midfielder on Tuesday, reported to be in the region of £12.5million. An imposing presence, Iborra joined Sevilla from Levante in 2013 and made 172 appearances for the club across all competitions, scoring 30 times and lifting the Europa League on three occasions.
